Priyanka disspoints once more. After a good turnout at the Stardust awards, I didn't see this one coming.

The outfit seems to be made of a furnishing fabric...the self design on jacket alone might have been enough! But well sometimes we don't know where to stop right?

Can we ever stress the importance of right fits and styles to go with everything? While the tunic Mansi is wearing is alright, but the ill-fitting and wrongly matched trousers spoil the look. The shoes are nothing much to write home about too.

And while we talk about shoes, did you notice Rohit's red ones? With those shoes and belt, I can hardly notice anything else!

Guess the shoe is actually a favourite for Ekta. Can someone please tell her to kindly listen to our pleas and let go of these shoes for our sake, if not hers?

Star Screen Awards 2008: Saree Attention

THE GOOD

Kangana looked lovely in a white and silver sari.

So did Jaya Bachchan in her white Chikan sari. The look complete with a batua.

THE AVERAGE

Rituparna SenGupta's look remained average and so did Sonali Kulkarni's.

And, THE UGLY

Suneeta Rao seemed to have misunderstood what a sari is and how it is worn. An absolute disaster!

Tanaz and Sanjeeda both used the latest winter fashion mantra and erred badly. Long Boots, tartan, heavy jackets et al, but both have missed the look for me. And for you?

The turn out at the Bikram Yoga Fitness Centre launch certainly seem to have an unfit sense of dressing! After the starry appearance of Bappi Lahiri, have a look at these celebs...

Wonder what you call this thing Manisha is wearing. And to top it the frizzy hair style doesn't help either.

Shweta Bhardwaj wears the colour of the season, but the drape of the dress spoils it all. I would've have preferred this piece without the train.

Maria Goretti's shoes don't give me a chance to notice anything else!

The drape of the dress is nice but again, what's 'up' with her hair? Other than a saner hairstyle, the outfit would've looked better with a clutch and shoes in a different colour.

Fashion Faux pas

The colour looks great on Rituparna, but didn't care much about the dress on her. What I can't take my eyes off here are her muddy/dirty shoes! And the dirty swivel chair! When it comes to dressing esp for a photoshoot, here are some basic rules:

Rule No. 1 - Wear a good colour - Check

Rule No. 2 - Wear a silhoutte that suits you - Beep! Beep!

Rule No. 3 - Shoes speak a lot about a person and the last thing you want to do is wear muddy shoes with lables intact on the sole! - Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!!

Rule No. 4 - Clean clothes alone do not make a good photoshoot. Unless the situation demands, there is no room for any muddy and dirty surroundings - Beep! Beep!Beep!

Who Looks Worse?

Most women missed the mark once again.

Priyanka has been getting it wrong everytime for the last few times. Be it the Drona Music Launch, its premiere or now at the Femina Osteoporosis Awareness event. Someone please tell her that being a short dress isn't enough. The only thing I like on her is the delicious Leiber clutch.

Less is definitely not more. There is a fine line between chic and skanky. Masumeh sure hasn't touched the chic mark here.

It feels the designer was thinking to add too many things in this dress. The colour is good, but the styling and front panel totally spoils it here.

Spotted Gul Panag in an Urvashi Kaur creation once more. But I'm hating this dress on her (well to be fair, would hate anyone who wears this piece!). What was Urvashi thinking when she designed this one? Was she thinking she could use a gift wrap idea for a dress? Well it might have worked if the bow was tied a bit neatly, and at the waist rather than the shoulder!

Shoe Shudder

Has Priyanka kept these shoes especially for important Drona events? Seen her in the same shoes at the music launch as well as the premiere. And well, no harm in repeating. Unless it hurts our eyes to see them! She needs to get rid of them asap!

The dress she wore at the premiere is doing nothing good to her either. The length is way too short, the style boring and the clutch looks out of place. (It's a Leiber)

Yes! Tara was seen in the same Kenzo outfit we hated last month!
