Sil-Bil??

While Kareena was busy being the bridesmaid, sister Karishma and BF Saif came for the wedding together. Since the wedding was in the afternoon, most of the guests wore summery, floral dresses.

I like Karishma in this bright number with her Hysteria clucth. Saif also seems to have co-ordinated his outfit with Karishma's and I find that shoo cute! (is someone is trying to please their "might be" sil?). What I am not liking though, are Saif's glasses. The frame is too thick for my choice. What's your verdict??

Here are some of the intersting bags I spotted in the last few days. Have a dekkho and tell me which one suits your style the best?

Anu Dewan carries a limited edition Ganesha cltch by Judith Leiber. I like experimenting, but wearing gods on t-shirts and sporting them in your arm is a bit awkward for me.

Farah's mom Zarine Khan carried the Prada handbag. The bag seems to be bleding too well with her outfit. If worn with a solid colour like the green on the bag, or yellow would accentuate the bag more I feel. I like this bag.

Karishma played it safe by wearing the basic black and blue combo. Though not trendy, it gives a decent basic look with this Gucci Hysteria clutch.

Amrita Arora carried a yummy orange Balenciaga bag. In fact that's the only thing that saves the look for her. If only she paired it with carefully chosen clothes, she would've looked yummy too!

Sonali Bendre attended the FHM Style Icon award with her gold Ferragamo clutch. You like her look? Although not the perfect dress, it is definitely better than the pale gown she wore here and here.

Arm Candy: Chanel 2.55

Here's another must-have bag for any fashionista - a Chanel 2.55.

The bag was designed by Coco Chanel herself and was named after the date it was launched - February 1955. It has seen many variations over the years, but what remains the same is the flap design with double chain hanging, diamond shape quilting on leather, with a crossed C at the clasp.

Arm Candy:Birkin

We saw Shilpa and Kehkashan with a Birkin and now it's Amisha Patel.

For the uninitiated - Hermes' "Birkin" is considered a must-have bag for any fashionista. Named after Jane Birkin - a British born actress and singer, the bag is priced USD 7500 onwards depending on the leather used, and the wait list for it is about 2 years! It is also regarded as an investment product because the price of this bag is said to remain the same or increase over the years. The bag is not available for purchase anywhere except a Hermes boutique itself and can be customised into using one's choice of leather, colour and metals for the lock etc.

I love the one in orange Ameesha is carrying here. Infact spotted Julia Roberts with the same bag but she paired it with a pheasant skirt and the bag looks lost in all that print. What do you think?

DIFF Red Carpet

Have a dekkho at Preity and Deepa Mehta at the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) red carpet yesterday. Deepa Mehta's film Heaven on Earth will be a part of this festival.

After Priyanka and Deepika, Preity also chose a full length flowy gown which once again is suiting her perfectly. I love her overall look complete with a Bottega Knotted clutch. What do you think?

Arpita Khan was spotted wearing a Monisha Jaisingh tunic (will put the pic as soon as I find the pic from the fashion show) and a Gucci clutch. While I like what she is wearing and carrying, she should def glam up a bit. Me thinks even a slight touch of a lip colour and a kajal would make a world of difference. What say girls?

Shoe Shudder

Has Priyanka kept these shoes especially for important Drona events? Seen her in the same shoes at the music launch as well as the premiere. And well, no harm in repeating. Unless it hurts our eyes to see them! She needs to get rid of them asap!

The dress she wore at the premiere is doing nothing good to her either. The length is way too short, the style boring and the clutch looks out of place. (It's a Leiber)
